Raja Ram Sharma is a passionate software engineer with a keen interest in the field of computer science and engineering. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Microfocus, where he is applying his experience and learning to contribute to the R&D team of Enterprise Backup and Recovery solution. With a relevant experience of 2.19 years, Raja has gained expertise in various areas, including software development, team lead, startups, operating systems, DBMS, algorithm and design, C++, and more. At Microfocus, Raja is contributing to the addition of features in Data Protector, an Enterprise Backup and Recovery product. He has also resolved multiple customer escalated problems related to VMware integration, which has helped him gain knowledge in virtualization, hypervisor, APIs, C++, OOPs, and system design. Raja is always open to learning and exploring new technologies, which makes him an asset to any team. Prior to his current role, Raja worked as a Software Developer Internship at Encore Advantage, an Encore Capital Group Company. During his internship, he developed and deployed multiple RESTful APIs, integrated multiple systems for smooth data transition, and participated in the design of APIs as a MuleSoft developer. This experience has helped him gain knowledge about REST API, Java library, OOPS, MuleSoft, and design of APIs. Raja holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Galgotia University, where he gained expertise in software engineering, Java, C, and integration. With his strong technical skills and passion for innovation, Raja is always ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of any organization.
